• On the Left Hand Side you will see an Option to Book Your Dates Box with the Block Rate Listed

• Type in or Choose from the Provided Calendar the Dates currently Blocked (i.e. Check In: 3/26/2012; Check Out: 3/27/2012)

• At the Bottom of this Box you will see “Have a Group Code”, Click on this, a Empty Box will appear, you will need to pass on the Group Code: URC. Place this Code in the Empty Box

• Click on the “View Rates” Box. The Next Screen will Pop Up Showing your Discounted Block Rate of $117.00 for Single Queen rooms and Double rooms. Click on “Book this Room” and Continue Booking the Room Needed.

Parking

The indoor parking garage at the Crowne Plaza Harrisburg is available for valet parking at a charge of $18.00/night, which can be posted on the overnight room bill. If guests will be coming to the Hotel for a day meeting, the parking charge is the same as described as above.

Take I-83 North to Exit 43 (Second Street). Hotel is at third light on the right at Second & Chestnut Streets.

From North (New York Area)
